In a way, all the projects presented on this page are about trying to reveal the foundations of architecture in terms of composition, proportions and the positioning of geometrical fields, taking into consideration their influence on the reorganization of space. Even though the end results of the projects overall consist of adding materials the common ground revolves around subtraction. The end results are commonly the foundation for architectural work, a base waiting to be filled with true expression. Examining these foundations in depth was my primary goal throughout my architecture studies. I believe it is emptiness, not utility which gives Architecture its highest quality; The projects are neutral and silent.
